TyrFil™ is a polyurethane liquid that is pumped into pneumatic tyres to replace air with a resilient, synthetic elastomer core that eliminates dangerous and costly tyre flats on off-the-road (OTR) equipment. Even in the most hazardous environments, tyres filled with TyrFil™ will never go flat. Despite cuts and punctures, filled tyres will keep performing - increasing productivity and eliminating costly downtime for field operators.
How it works
TyrFil liquid polyurethane is pumped into the tyre through the valve stem, replacing all of the air. Then the tyre is pressurised to its operating pressure by using the urethane. Within 24 to 48 hours, the mixture cures to a synthetic elastomer core that will never go flat!

Unlike solid or aperture tyres, TyrFil offers a choice when it comes to pressure, durometer and tyre tread. In other words, you are able to use the exact tyre originally specified by the manufacturer. Also, this allows the operator to customize performance per application or environment.
